Every service accepts Bitcoin and Monero at checkout. Prices are quoted in USD and converted at the moment you pay.
We collect the minimum data needed to deliver each service and delete it when it's no longer required. No selling, no profiling.
You see the full price, including our fee, before you pay. No subscriptions and no surprise charges afterwards.
We operate our own infrastructure and answer our own support inbox. When something goes wrong, a person fixes it.

The Crypto Department is the umbrella brand for a small group of online services operated by The Crypto Department, a privately held United States company. We started in 2024 with CryptoPostage, a shipping label service for people who prefer to pay with Bitcoin or Monero, and we are expanding into other everyday purchases where crypto payment is still hard to find.
We are an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, postal service, shipping carrier, or telecom operator. Where our services resell third-party products, we say so plainly on the service's own site.
